Watercolour Wedding Invitations

Introducing my new range of pretty pastel wedding invitations featuring watercolour flowers.

Over the past few weeks I have been creating new designs using stunning artwork by the talented community of artists who sell through Creative Market.

I chose some gorgeous watercolours of flowers which I have turned into beautiful floral wedding stationery designs.

Today I am featuring an invitation that uses pastel coloured flowers, leaves and berries in a quirky, folksy style.

Pretty pastel watercolour flowers in blush pink and coral with aqua flowers for a truly romantic invitation.

Close up the flowers have fabulous detail to them and make the invitations modern and fun.

For the matching save the dates I have used a lovely banner illustration from the same artist and added in a coordinating bunch of flowers.

I love the little bird detail!

Finally you can order coordinating items for your wedding reception including this fabulous wedding table plan with the same pastel flowers and banner detail at the top.

Through the range I have used a fun combination of fonts to add more interest to the designs.  These can be in any colour choice to match the illustrations.

Items available through my Etsy shop or through my shop on Not on the High Street.

Blushing Bride

In the spotlight - blush pink wedding stationery.

Never has this statement been more true with blush pink being the new 'hot' colour in weddings!
Wedding Bouquets | White garden roses, mother of pearl roses and blush pink ranuculas:
I love this shade of pink which is so pretty and feminine and looks magical when teamed up with other colours such as white, ivory or grey.

I couldn't miss out on this beautiful new trend so I have created a range of stationery in a range of 'in' colours of which blush is my favourite.

Textured card is used for these wedding save the dates and invitations which feature a delicate lace border taken from vintage lace.

If you fancy something a little more dramatic then how about using blush pink as the main invitation colour and teaming it up with 'downpipe' grey which complements the blush pink beautifully.

As well as save the dates and wedding invitations I can also create wedding reception items too including place cards, table name cards, menus, orders of service etc.

All personalisation and envelopes are included in my prices.

Grey is the New Black - in Wedding Stationery

I am a lover of grey - in any shade.  I couldn't necessarily live with it on walls but when it comes to clothes and artwork and accent colours in the home - I love it!

My wedding stationery customers seem to agree me with as my grey rose wedding invitations and save the dates are proving incredibly popular.

The rose border is taken from a vintage outline drawing and is all that is needed to decorate these pretty stationery items.  I love the downpipe grey against the ivory card too.

I have really expanded my typeface collection in the past year as monograms and combinations of fonts and typefaces is hot in wedding stationery right now.

I have used a feminine, script font for the bride and groom's names and teamed it up with a simpler, complementary font.

The save the date tags are single layered and strung with a vintage style dove coloured ribbon, invitations are unstrung, double layered and have all four corner rounded to match the save the dates.

New to my collection as well are 'bundle bands'. These are personalised paper bands that can be used to bundle together invitations with RSVPs and information cards before they are put into the envelope and sent off.
